CATS!

west fargo high school recently finished up their run of CATS... as a big theater geek i can honestly say this was the best high school production i had ever been to! the depth of acting and the singing to back it up was just phenomenal! the director (and friend of mine) adam pankow thought the cast needed some headshots so after shooting 70+ kids and a few felines, here are some of the photos -

one of my very good photographer friends from lisbon billye wanted some new family photos... as a photographer, i know how hard it is to try to do a self family portrait - awkwardly setting your camera and then trying to scurry to get in before it goes off! so to alleviate, we had a super relaxed day downtown fargo... check out some of the pics below

erik and whitney for president and vice president

to kick off a great campaign my friends erik and whitney needed great political headshots! that's just what we did! after running an amazing campaign against an incumbent, they prevailed and won by only 13 votes! check out some of their shots below...

After trying to go outdoors, one of my best friends (and a future disney princess) katie and I decided indoors were a better way to go. Check out just a couple of the photos from our days of shooting and be sure to keep her face in mind - you'll probably see it on tv someday!

On a super chilly January afternoon I got to hang out with Kayla and Dana! What a great looking couple! I went to high school with Kayla and shot her cousin Kelly's wedding last fall. After moseying around the Plains Art Museum for awhile, we braved the brisk outdoors for some fun ice rink shots! The wedding will be a fun one, but for now check out some of the engagement photos!

In mid-January we got to be a part of Elements Skin Care's new product launch! First we went and shot some headshots and products and then compiled them into a movie to play on the screens all around the venue - check out some of the photos below!

Apologies for a severe lack of blogging!

As you may (or may not) have noticed - there has been zero blogging going on lately! XamPhotography has been busy busy busy with new brides, ordering books for wedding season, and opening a new design studio of the business! The graphic and web design wing has taken off and we've brought on three new graphic designers and a new web designer and programmer. Super exciting stuff happening at XamPhotography and XamStudios so keep your eyes peeled for new stuff coming up!
